Customize your bot in Settings → AI Bot:

• Name & Avatar — Brand the bot with your store identity
• Welcome message — First message shown to visitors
• Personality — Adjust tone (professional, friendly, casual)
• Fallback — Message when the bot can't answer
• Hours — Show bot only during business hours
