Refunds

Overview

Refunds are processed through the dashboard. DashForDevs supports both full and partial refunds.

Refund from the Dashboard

1. Go to Orders and select the order
2. Click Issue Refund
3. Select full refund or enter a partial amount
4. Add an internal note (optional)
5. Confirm the refund

The refund is processed through the original payment processor and the customer is notified via email.

Checking Refund Status

Webhook Events

Listen for refund events via webhooks:

• order.refunded — Fired when a refund is issued
• payment.refunded — Fired when the payment processor confirms the refund
