# Cloud billing

-   **Pay as you go.** Each resource is billed by the hour it exists.
-   **Capped.** A resource's hourly charges stop at its monthly price (672 hours), so a full month never costs more than the listed monthly price.
-   **Separate from your platform plan.** Cloud has its own billing account per organization, its own card and its own monthly invoice.
-   **Current prices** for every size are shown in the console when you create a resource.
