# Edit many products at once

## Bulk Edit

1.  Open **Inventory → Products → Bulk Edit**.
    
2.  Filter to the products you want, for example a category or a brand.
    
3.  Change the cells you need: price, stock, active, category. Changed cells are highlighted.
    
4.  Save. Every product you changed is saved, and each change is recorded in the log.
    

## Import

**Inventory → Products → Import** creates or updates products from a spreadsheet. Download the template first, fill it in, then upload it. The import shows you what it will create and change before anything is saved.

**Check before you confirm.** An import can change many products in one go. Read the preview; if a column is in the wrong place, every row is wrong.

## Through the API

Developers can create and update products from code with a secret key, for example to sync with a supplier. See the [Storefront API reference](https://docs.dashfordevs.com/v1/api-reference).
