Overview

The conversion funnel shows how visitors move through your store from landing page to purchase. Track drop-off points to optimize your storefront.

Default Funnel Stages

Visit → View Product → Add to Cart → Start Checkout → Complete Purchase

Tracking Funnel Events

The SDK automatically tracks funnel events when you use the standard cart and checkout flows:

typescript
// These automatically fire funnel events:
await dash.products.get("blue-dream") // → view_product
await dash.cart.add({ productId, sizeId }) // → add_to_cart
await dash.checkout.start({ cartId }) // → start_checkout
await dash.checkout.complete({ ... }) // → purchase

Viewing the Funnel

View funnel analytics in the dashboard under Analytics → Conversion Funnel. The funnel shows:

  • Visitors at each stage
  • Drop-off rates between stages
  • Conversion rate (visitors → purchases)
  • Trends over time

Next Steps

  • Storefront Views — View tracking setup
  • Google Analytics — GA4 e-commerce tracking
