Orders

  • The Subscriptions tab on Orders lists subscription orders only.
  • Subscription orders carry a repeat badge with a "Subscription, Delivery N" tooltip.
  • The order page has a Subscription panel: the subscription's status, its deliveries, what did not become an order (skips, declines, pauses), and actions to skip the next delivery, pause, resume or cancel. These actions follow your team's Orders permissions.

Offerings

Inventory, Subscriptions lists each offering and whether it is active; an offering's page shows its subscribers, so you can see who is affected before editing or deactivating.

Finance

Finance, Overview has a Subscriptions tile: monthly recurring revenue (each active subscription's price per delivery times its deliveries per month) and the number of active subscriptions. It is never added to revenue, because every delivery is already an order counted there.

Affiliates And Referrals

Affiliate commission and referral rewards are earned on the first subscription order only. Renewals are created without the discount code, so they never pay commission or referral points. At a split checkout, commission is credited on each order's own subtotal (delivery 1 included), the code's usage is counted once, and flat referral points are paid once per checkout. The subscriber's own loyalty points still accrue on renewals.
