Fulfillment

Overview

Fulfillment is managed through the dashboard or the admin API (secret key). When an order is fulfilled, its status moves from processing to shipped and a tracking number is assigned.

Fulfillment from the Dashboard

1. Go to Orders in the dashboard
2. Click on the order to fulfill
3. Click Mark as Shipped
4. Enter the tracking number and carrier
5. The customer is automatically notified via email

Checking Fulfillment Status

Tracking Shipments

Use the shipping tracking module to get real-time tracking updates:
