Calendar events drive Flows

Calendar bookings emit two triggers that Flows can subscribe to:

• event.scheduled — fires when a booking is created
• event.reminder — fires ahead of the appointment

Wire either trigger into a Flow to send confirmation and reminder emails using calendar templates. Reminders are de-duplicated so a rescheduled or stale booking will not double-send. Enable this on an org with the emails_via_flows setting.
