What a form is
A form is a record: a key (what a site fetches it by), a name, an optional site scope, the projects it's assigned to, a success message, and a fields array speaking the same vocabulary record types use — plus form-only extras (payment for card collection, location for structured address fieldsets) and presentation hints (widget, placeholder, steps for a wizard).
