Generate Labels
Create shipping labels through your connected carrier account.

Overview
Shipping labels are generated through the dashboard after an order is placed. Label generation uses whichever shipping provider the organization has connected — a direct UPS or FedEx account, or ShipStation, which brokers the label through whatever carrier is connected in the merchant's ShipStation account.
Generating Labels from the Dashboard
- Go to Orders and select an order
- Click Create Shipping Label
- Select a shipping rate from the available options
- Review the shipping address
- Click Generate Label
- Download or print the label PDF
After a label is generated, the order status automatically updates to shipped and the tracking number is assigned.
Automatic Notifications
When a shipping label is generated, the customer automatically receives a shipping notification email with the tracking number and link.
