Discounts and promotions

Codes, tiers, buy-one-get-one, customer pricing and a points store.

Everything is under Commerce → Discounts in the dashboard.

Tool Use it for
Discount codes A code customers type at checkout: amount or percent off, limits, dates, minimum order.
Bulk generate Hundreds of single-use codes at once, for a campaign or a giveaway.
Tiers Price levels for groups of customers, such as Wholesale or VIP.
Promotions (BOGO) Buy X get Y, applied automatically.
Customer pricing A specific price for a specific customer.
Discount store Customers spend loyalty points on rewards.

Create a discount code

  1. Open Discounts → Discount codes and click New.

  2. Type the code (for example SPRING10), choose a percentage or a fixed amount.

  3. Set limits if you want: start and end dates, total uses, uses per customer, minimum order, which products.

  4. Save. It works at checkout right away.
