Edit many products at once

Bulk edit and import for when one at a time is too slow.

Bulk Edit

  1. Open Inventory → Products → Bulk Edit.

  2. Filter to the products you want, for example a category or a brand.

  3. Change the cells you need: price, stock, active, category. Changed cells are highlighted.

  4. Save. Every product you changed is saved, and each change is recorded in the log.

Import

Inventory → Products → Import creates or updates products from a spreadsheet. Download the template first, fill it in, then upload it. The import shows you what it will create and change before anything is saved.

Check before you confirm. An import can change many products in one go. Read the preview; if a column is in the wrong place, every row is wrong.

Through the API

Developers can create and update products from code with a secret key, for example to sync with a supplier. See the Storefront API reference.
